1 bag Lamb Weston® Sweet Potatoes Original Mashed (M0007)
2 cups Pecans, chopped
½ cup Flour
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Butter, cold
Directions
- Cook Lamb Weston® Sweet Potatoes Original Mashed to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Spray oven safe pan and add iIn the sweet mash.
- Combine sugar and flour, mix in butter until pea sized pieces form. Gently add in the pecans.
- Sprinkle over sweet mash and bake at 350 °F until the topping is crispy and crumbly.
