4 cups mayo
¼ cup yuzu juice
2 cups grated beets
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Grate raw beets and add them to blender.
- Blend in mayo and yuzu.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Strain and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with Lamb Weston® Supreme 1/2" Crinkle Cut fries (12021).
