1. Prepare the LW Private Reserve® Yukon Chips Skin-On to manufacturer’s directions.
2. Toss chips in a bowl with a pinch or two of salt & pepper and the finely grated parmesan.
3. Fry the sage leaves for 30 seconds until crispy.
4. Plate fries and garnish with sage leaves.
