8 oz Lamb Weston® Seasoned Potato Wedges (Item A40)
½ Tbsp Oktoberfest style seasoning
4 oz. Bratwurst or beer bratwurst, crumbled and fully cooked
4 oz Beer Cheese Sauce
Fried Sauerkraut, garnish
Parsley, garnish
Directions
- Fry Lamb Weston® Seasoned Potato Wedges in accordance with manufacturer’s directions. Remove from fryer, place into a bowl, and toss with Oktoberfest seasoning.
- Plate and top with beer cheese sauce and bratwurst.
- Top with fried sauerkraut and garnish with parsley.
