Macha Queso Tots

Crispy tots tossed in salsa macha, loaded with jalapeno queso blanco 

Ingredients

6 oz Lamb Weston® Tater Puffs™ (H30)

 

1 tbsp Salsa macha 

1 tbsp Pickled jalapeno 

3 oz Queso blanco 

Directions

  1. Cook tots to manufacturer’s specification.

  2. Mince jalapeno and whisk into hot queso.

  3. Toss tots in salsa macha. Plate and top with queso.
