6 oz Lamb Weston® Tater Puffs™ (H30)
1 tbsp Salsa macha
1 tbsp Pickled jalapeno
3 oz Queso blanco
Directions
Cook tots to manufacturer’s specification.
Mince jalapeno and whisk into hot queso.
Toss tots in salsa macha. Plate and top with queso.
