Directions

1. Cook Lamb Weston® Supreme Original Mashed to manufacturer’s specifications. 
2. Whisk in egg yolks and black pepper. 
3. Transfer filling into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe onto lined baking sheets- 1.5 inches around and 1 inch high. 
4. Brush gently with egg whites. Bake 10 minutes at 350 °F, finish under broiler until desired color is achieved.
