240g Lamb Weston® Sweet Potato Fries (L0092)
500ml Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Mango
Corn Flour Slurry - Mix 1 tsp corn flour with water
Directions
- Cook the coconut milk over a low fire until hot (ensure it does not boil).
- Add in sugar and salt and stir until the sugar melts. Add in corn flour slurry and remove from heat.
- Prepare fries according to instructions on the case.
- Plate fries and top with mango. Drizzle coconut milk. Serve.
