Cheddar Cheese Mousse

  • 1 1/2 cups Award Cuisine Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cups cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

Directions

In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process cheddar cheese sauce and cream cheese until very smooth.  Add salt and pepper.  Fold in the whipped cream until well blended.  Serve chilled.
