Korean BBQ Sweet Puffs
Sweet Things® Tater Puffs with Korean BBQ Seasoning
- 2 lbs. Sweet Things ®Potato Puffs (L0094), prepare as directed, keep hot Korean BBQ seasoning (see recipe)
- Korean BBQ Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame powder
- Blend all seasonings into small bowl.
- This recipe makes more than is needed, it can be placed in airtight container for future use.
Place puffs in large bowl Sprinkle some BBQ seasoning onto puffs hot out of the fryer and toss lightly until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning according to taste Place on serving platter.
