Chorizo and Cheese Dip

 Perfect with Thin Regular Cut Fries (item A60).


  • 100g American cheese, shredded
  • 100g Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 250g Chorizo sausages, cooked and crumbled
  • 100g Onion, minced
  • 50g Green bell pepper, seeded and minced 


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C
  2. Mix the chopped chorizo and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture in an oven proof dish (like a casserole dish).
  4. Heat in the oven until the cheese is well melted, about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the dip from the oven and serve it warm.
