Chorizo and Cheese Dip
Perfect with Thin Regular Cut Fries (item A60).
- 100g American cheese, shredded
- 100g Swiss cheese, shredded
- 250g Chorizo sausages, cooked and crumbled
- 100g Onion, minced
- 50g Green bell pepper, seeded and minced
- Preheat oven to 350°F/177°C
- Mix the chopped chorizo and the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the mixture in an oven proof dish (like a casserole dish).
- Heat in the oven until the cheese is well melted, about 15 minutes.
- Remove the dip from the oven and serve it warm.
