Cuban Black Bean Dip

 This pairs best with Thin Regular Cut Fries (item A60)


  • 350g Black beans, cooked and drained
  • 25g Red onion, chopped
  • 20g Balsamic vinegar
  • 20g Fresh orange juice
  • 8g garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except salt and pepper; blend until smooth.  Season with salt and pepper and place in serving bowl.
