Thai Peanut Sauce



  • Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. thai red curry
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


Heat coconut milk in a saucepan. Add in curry paste and mix to combine. Add in peanut butter, stock, sugar and mix well. Stir and simmer until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and add fish sauce, lime juice and salt.


Approximately 2 1/4 cups
