Spinach Artichoke Dip

 

Ingredients

 
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 oz. red pepper, diced
  • 2 oz. spinach
  • 1 oz. yellow onion, minced
  • To Taste salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until desired conistency is reached. Serve warm or chilled.
