Savory Sweet Potato Puff® Hot Dish



  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 2 cups. Sweet Things® Sweet Potato Mini Tater Puffs®  (Item# L0094)
  • 1 each medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. distilled vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4-5 sprigs Italian parsley
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • To Taste salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 350°F. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Drain grease reserving 1 1/2 Tbsp. for later use. Sauté the onions and parsely in bacon grease unitl the onions start to brown. Add the vinegar, water, rosemary, salt and pepper. Allow to heat for one minute and add crumbled bacon. In a bowl, add sweet puffs, cream of mushroom soup, bacon and onion mixture. Combine all ingredients togther in a 9X13 casserole dish. bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
