Potato Chip Trio with 3 Salts and 3 dips

 

Ingredients

  • 9-16 oz. House Cuts® Chips (item #30H)
  • 2 Tbsp. alder smoked sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. truffle salt
  • 2 Tbsp. steak seasoning salt
  • 1/4 cup sriracha mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup balsamic garlic mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup bourbon BBQ sauce

Directions

Toss warm chips in 3 separate mixing bowls with just enough salt to flavor. Transfer to serving containers. Arrange 3 dippings sauces in serving cups.
