For Dipping: Refried Beans & Chorizo



  • 8 oz. refried beans, canned
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1tsp. hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 oz. Mexican chorizo, cooked and finely chopped


In a medium size saucepan, over medium-low heat, add beans and season with salt, pepper, hotsauce and cilantro. Serve in a small bowl topped with crumbles of Mexican chorizo.
