Dilled Asparagus Dip

 

Ingredients

 
  • 2 cups asparagus spears, blanched
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, fat-free
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, fat-free
  • 1 tsp. dill, dried
  • 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (Cholula)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Chill and serve.

Yield

Approximately 3 1/8 cup
