Chicago-Style Fried Pickle Dog
Serve with all of Chicago's favorite toppings: yellow mustard, sport peppers, neon relish, diced onions and tomatoes!
- 1 each Lamb Weston® Breaded Dill Pickle Spear (Item #30487)
- 1 each all beef hot dog
- 1 each toasted poppy seed hot dog bun
- 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 each sport peppers (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp. neon relish
- 1 tbsp. onions, diced
- 1 tbsp. tomato, diced
Prepare breaded pickle spear according to directions on package. Grill hot dog, split down the middle and place in a toasted poppy seed bun with mustard. Place a hot and crispy pickle inside of hot dog.
