Cabbage Slaw



  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 14 oz. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger purée
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce


Whisk the ginger, garlic, soy and oil in a mixing bowl and set aside. Mix the onion, carrot and cabbage in a separate mixing bowl and toss with dressing.


Approximately 5 cups
