Beer Cheese



  • 4 oz. cream cheese,
  • 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (cholula)
  • 4 oz. beer 2 each garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • To Taste salt and pepper


In saucepan, heat oil and sweat onions and garlic. Add beer and bring to a simmer. Add cream cheese and slowly incorporate shredded cheese until smooth. Add hot sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
