Basil Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella

Optional: Remove the mozzeralla and purée to a sauce-like consistency

Ingredients

 
  • 2 oz. fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 10 oz. roma tomatoes, 1/3" dice
  • 7 oz. fresh mozzerella, small dice
  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Allow flavors to blend for 5 minutes. Serve.
