Balsamic Garlic Mayonnaise

 

Ingredients

 
  • 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 each anchovies
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • To Taste salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Purée until smooth. Allow to rest for 20 minutes for flavors to bloom. Serve chilled.

Approximately 1 2/3 cups
