Bacon & Bleu Cheese Dip

Chef's Tip Recommended Lamb Weston® products to serve with this dip: House Cuts® Chips (Item #30H and #H3030), Mini CrissCut® Fries (Item #K0110 and #K0120) and any traditional Lamb Weston fries.


  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, minced
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled


Add all ingredients except for heavy cream and bacon into food processor and pulse several times to combine.  Gradually add heavy cream and process until smooth.  Stir in bacon and adjust seasoning.  Serve chilled.
