Artichoke and Lemon Aioli

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 cup artichoke hearts, strained

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Purée until smooth. Allow to rest for 20 minutes for flavors to bloom. Serve chilled.

Yield

Approximately 2 cups
