Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

 

Ingredients

 
  • 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Finely chop/shave the chocolate. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Whisk in half of the milk with the cornstarch. Add sugar. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring often.

Yield

Approximately 5 1/4 cups
