Basil Pesto

 

Ingredients

 
  • 4 oz. fresh basil
  • 2 each garlic cloves
  • 4 oz. pine nuts, toasted
  • 4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • To Taste salt and pepper

Directions

Combine basil, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan in food processor. Slowly incorporate oil until smooth. Serve chilled.
