Pineapple & Corn Salsa

Ingredients

 
  • 1 cup prepared salsa
  • 1/2 cup Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cooked corn kernels or frozen corn, thawed
  • 3 tsp. finely diced fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup fresh grilled pineapple, 1/4" dice, cooled

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except pineapple.  When ingredients are thoroughly combined, fold in diced pineapple.  Serve chilled.

Yield

Approximately 2 1/4 cups
